Process
We analyze the position, establish a search strategy, pre-select applications, carry out the relevant assessments and present a shortlist of selected profiles. We then support the interviews, hiring and onboarding.
During the mandate, our team sends a confidential weekly report. Follow-up continues until the evaluation before the end of the probation period, depending on the mandate.
